Thanks again everyone! I burned up a Gazelle using the wrong power supply cord. That is a serious issue. I strongly advise that you order a new cord from them. I did find one that would work at Frys with multiple settings, but it never did cut quite as well as the one I got from BossKut.

Keep asking questions. It is possible that the incorrect power supply could be causing cutting issues. It is very possible that the blade is extended too far. Retract as far as you can and still get a cut through one layer of your media when holding the blade holder by hand.
